Officials approved a $2.265 million contract Tuesday with Pepco Energy Services to run nearly 18 acres of solar panels atop a landfill closing in Galloway Township.Public Works Director Steve Bonanni estimated the township will collect $2.265 million during the next 15 years from leasing the Oak Avenue landfill site.
